Welcome to Safari Wallet. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Safari Wallet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
To use Safari Wallet, you must create an account using a valid phone number and M-Pesa account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Funds deposited into your Safari Wallet are held in a protected escrow account. Your balance can be used to book travel packages, pay for services, or withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policy. Safari Wallet is not a bank and does not pay interest on balances.
The #TripSave feature automatically deducts agreed amounts from your linked M-Pesa or bank account. You can modify or cancel auto-save goals at any time through the app. Safari Wallet is not liable for insufficient funds or failed deductions due to your account balance.
All bookings made through Safari Wallet are subject to availability and the terms of the respective travel operator. Cancellation policies vary by package and operator. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the operator's cancellation policy and credited to your Safari Wallet balance.
When using the group split feature, each participant is individually responsible for their share of the payment. Safari Wallet facilitates the split but does not guarantee payment from other group members.
Tusk Points are earned on eligible bookings and can be redeemed for upgrades, experiences, and discounts. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Safari Wallet reserves the right to modify the points program with 30 days notice.
Referral credits are earned when referred users complete their first booking. Credits are subject to our referral program terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension.
Travel insurance is automatically included with eligible bookings through our insurance partners. Coverage details, limits, and exclusions are provided at the time of booking. Safari Wallet acts as an intermediary and is not the insurance provider.
Safari Wallet acts as a platform connecting travellers with travel operators. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of travel services provided by third-party operators. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Safari Wallet for platform services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
